Filament
It is recommended to keep them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight andmoisture. Consider using vacuum-sealed bags to keep moisture, odors, and bugs away.
The quality of your prints depends on both the printer and the filament used. To achievethe best results, it's advisable to fine-tune the slicing parameters to discover the optimasettings for various filaments and printers.
The nozzle might be too distant from the bed. Ensure that your heated bed is both leveland clean. Additionally, confirm that your printing and bed temperatures are within thecorrect range; adjust them if necessary. When working with specialty filaments like ABSASA, and others, consider reducing the first layer print speed to enhance your chances ofsuccess.
PAYMENT & ORDERING
You will receive an email to the address you ordered with.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email update containing the shipment tracking details and estimated time of delivery for yourorder. Please note that packages will be shipped Monday for orders received from 12:00 p.m. CST Friday and over the weekend.
At Lovoon, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery Time
United States: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Most U.S. orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse for faster service.
Other Countries: Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
- U.S. customers: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
- International customers: A discounted shipping rate is applied — we cover part of the shipping cost so you don’t have to pay the full international fee.
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Additional Notes
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs inspections, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
For quality and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to request a return.
Return Shipping
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount — we’ll arrange the return process for you to make it easy.
Please ensure the package is securely packed for safe delivery.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
