While I normally do a full suite of calibration tests for filament I get from unknown brands, I just took the risk to print this using default Silk PLA presets on my X1C (220C). Gotta say, the print came out pretty phenomenal. The quality of the filament is good, it adheres with no issue, and the colors are STRIKING... I love the shiny silk multicolor look (cyan, magenta, and yellow in my case) and it mixes well between angles.

The filament did not cause any jams or under extrusion, though it did leave (barely) some stringing. I also noticed the humidity went slightly up in my drybox AMS when I put it in, but not nearly as much as other filaments do normally. You can use this straight from the box.
I recommend it!

Pretty nice tri-color filament. At different angles the colors actually change and with different light settings. It prints very well and first layer adhesion is very good. Layer lines are visible but commercially acceptable to me.
I had no issue with stock settings on a X1C. A very nice blend of colors and prints with no hiccups. Price is a bit steep for a cardboard roll though so take that into account.
I would recommend this as of the time of this review.

The first thing I did is calibrate this filament to get the best possible results. After that, I started to print things off. It looks very pretty. While it is a Tri-Colour filament, it looks a bit rainbow-y at points due to the meshing of colours at the transition points. When it comes to printing functional parts with it, I'd pass. The tolerances of parts that have worked for other filament brands, do not work well with this one. The parts are always a bit tighter around the holes. Keep in mind, this is after I had calibrated the filament in my slicer. If you want to print nice looking knick knacks, this is a good filament! If you want nice looking functional parts, it is a pass. Overall that is why I gave it 4 stars.

The red, blue, yellow tri-color silk PLA produced some beautiful prints on my Bambu A1 printer. The PLA comes in a vacuum bag on a cardboard spool.

I jumped right in to print an articulated snake and was very happy with the results. I ran the print at 220°C with a 60° PEI textured bed and the print came out nicely—no problems with adhesion and only very minor stringing. Printing the silk at 50mm/s produced a stunning print. The packaging recommends printing at 25-45mm/s so I will have to see what effect that has on the prints. There was some color banding, which some times happens with tricolor filaments, but very satisfied with the results.
