The packaging was perfect. The spools came vacuum sealed and the filament was very well spooled on each roll.
This was printed on an JGMaker Artist-D pro with a significantly upgraded direct drive extruder. Printed at 205 nozzle and a 60 bed at 60mm/s at .2mm layer height.
I made zero tweaks to my PLA profile and this laid down really well. I didn't really start seeing some 'quality issues' until where the retraction points are the heaviest or quickest. Most of the issues I seen on this could be remedied (or reduced) by slowing my print down, which is what you should do on silk anyways. I just wanted to see how it would do at typical PLA speeds. All in all, not bad!
This is a little expensive for less than 1kg of silk, and I have had other silks print at PLA settings without these quality issues, so your mileage may vary.
