I used this filament printed as a rose stem. The print came out very well for all the physical properties of the filament. I especially like the colors. It's shiny silk-like so of course it doesn't look "real" but ... I'm trying to find the right words ... It's not uncommon for dual extrusion filaments to look cartoonish or just have a very poor selection of colors that don't really work together. I figured out the words for a good description -- this filament looks grown-up and polished.
The pics I have attached do not do justice as far as showing size, but this was a 10+ hour print that was printed with no problem. The filament printed with no issues and held to the bed during printing.
This filament was not has stiff as the base color I used, and seemed more flexible. I did not change the temp while printing nor tested for best temp, I print all PLA at 220C regardless and have had no issues with any.
For the price I am starting to like this filament and plan to add several rolls to my stock.
This isn't my first LOVOON filament, and it definitely won't be my last. I enjoy rainbow gradient filaments - they can create effects that are hard to achieve even with solid colors and AMS.
It fits well in the Bambu AMS. Some of my printers are in the garage, and it's pretty cold now. But despite that, the first test without preparations print of an octopus was fine, with no major issues. The octopus looks lifelike with hints of vibrant colors. Good brand, a good filament.
